While we aim to deliver reliable and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or prevent all technical issues. Some services may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as third-party hardware, software, or internet failures.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
All services are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated in writing. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any guarantees or warranties must be specifically outlined in a signed agreement.
9. Liability Limitation
GetItSolutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from service use, including data loss, system downtime, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate an ongoing service with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the agreement. Any outstanding fees up to the date of termination must be settled. Early termination may incur additional charges if previously agreed upon.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
